General Terms and Conditions

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The “Instagram Giveaway” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Instagram Giveaway” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Instagram Giveaway”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Instagram Giveaway” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Instagram Giveaway”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Instagram Giveaway” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Instagram Giveaway” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”, including, without limitation:

a.family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Instagram Giveaway” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

2.Promotion areas: This promotion is available in all countries open for registration, except for jurisdictions prohibited at the Company's sole discretion

3.Eligible clients: Both existing and new clients.

4.How to enter?

a.To be eligible for any prize, entrants must complete the following mandatory actions:

i.Follow the Official PU Prime Instagram
ii.Comment down below who inspires you the most in your day to day life or in trading.
iii.Add #morethantrading & tag her below in comment.
iv.For extra bonus: Comment "💪" on any post in February (1 entry per comment).
v.Participants need to sign up for a PU Prime account to be eligible for this promotion.

b.PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify any bulk, automated, or fraudulent entries.

c.There will be a total of 6 lucky winners.

i.5 winners will each receive a USD $50 Cash Coupon.
ii.1 Grand Prize winner will take home an exclusive Signed Jersey.

5.How to redeem the USD $50 Cash Coupon?

a.Eligible winners will receive this coupon under the coupon tab in Client Portal or APP.
b.Winners will need to trade a min of 2 Standard Lots to redeem the USD $50 Cash Coupon. (Limited to Forex, Gold, Silver, Oil and a holding period of min 5 minutes)
c.The coupon's validity is 30 days. Any unused coupons will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.
d.The coupon is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
e.For the purposes of this promotion, all amounts are denominated in U.S. dollars (or the equivalent in local currency) and will be settled based on the end-of-day (EOD) exchange rate.

6.How to redeem the Signed Jersey?

a.The winners will be notified via Instagram Message by 20 March 2026 to submit their shipping details. If the winners do not reply to the email within 10 [TEN] business days, the reward will be forfeited.

7.Winner Selection and Notification

a.The selection process will be weighted based on the number of entries (points) acquired by each eligible participant.
b.The final results will be announced on PU Prime’s Social Media Channels by 20 March 2026.
c.The winners will be notified via email and must respond within TEN (10) days. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
d.The rewards will be sent by 20 March 2026.

8.Data privacy

a.Data Use: Personal data collected during the entry process (ie: email address, X handle, Telegram ID, PU Prime user ID) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign, contacting winners and future marketing efforts in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.

1.Participation in the promotion is exclusively open to clients.

2.The “Instagram Giveaway” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

3.The PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion:

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Instagram Giveaway”” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

4.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Instagram Giveaway” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

5.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Instagram Giveaway” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Instagram Giveaway” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

6.Any indication or suspicion, in the PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Credit Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a credit bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited credit bonuses of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with PU Prime and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the promotion cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

7.If clients’ trading account is closed or suspended, PU Prime may cancel at its discretion the “Instagram Giveaway” posted to their account, along with any profits made from the “Instagram Giveaway”.

8.PU Prime will not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages which may be suffered as a result of PU Prime re-setting or adjusting client’s account as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to losses attributable to automatically Closed Out Open Positions.

9.In the event that a trading account becomes dormant, all previously awarded Coupon will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients real account with PU Prime.

10. Taking part in the “Instagram Giveaway” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

11. The “Instagram Giveaway” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Instagram Giveaway” is mentioned to be a part of.

12. In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards, or reclaim the distributed rewards.

13. If these terms and conditions of the “Instagram Giveaway” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
